How it works in practice
You deal with Sangam throughout
The alliance is invisible to you operationally. Enquiries, updates, escalations and paperwork come through the same point of contact at Sangam that handles your road movement. Clearance milestones appear in the same daily status email as the trucking leg.
Where the movement is purely EXIM with no road component, we will say so and introduce you directly rather than adding a layer.
Typical end-to-end sequence
- Shipment booked with the line and documents prepared
- Arrival at Nhava Sheva, CFS handling
- Customs clearance under in-house licence
- Container released and placed on our trailer
- Haulage to your plant or dealer point
- Supervised de-stuffing, unloading equipment arranged
- Empty returned, signed POD and document set closed
